– thrice-weekly project status meeting at 10am (my favourite)
– hand-cliking 6-level approval for every single day off
– ridiculous corporate spyware which slows down your computer by 90%, so you can have a coffee before it boots
– mandatory comments on git/SVN comments – no matter how little was changed
